    Add a Checking, Vacation, Christmas, and/or a High Yield Savings
  • “Overdraft Privilege” Program
    Apply for our  “Overdraft Privilege” Program. Learn more about our  “Overdraft Privilege” Program
  • Close Account
    Complete this form to start the process of closing your membership. A member services representative will follow up to contact you.
  • Add Beneficiary
    Do you have at least one beneficiary on file with the Credit Union? If not, complete this form ASAP.

  • Change of Address
    Don’t forget to update your address with the Credit Union when you move.
  • ATM/Debit Card Dispute
    Did you discover an unauthorized transaction(s) from your account? Did an ATM not dispense cash or dispense the incorrect amount? If you have unauthorized transactions you can also contact us at 718-878-4624 or 888-263-3370 to restrict your card
  • ACH Stop
    Prevent an automated transaction from taking place until you’ve formally canceled the arrangement. There is a fee to use ACH Stop and the form must be submitted at least three business days before the payment is scheduled.
  • Loan Application
    Complete your loan app via DocuSign. A loan application can also be completed via our  Online Banking portal. Once completed a Member Services Rep will contact you. Get more info on Loans.
